Support License Issue

Hi
I have a valid support licence ke on this site http://www.sutherland-chan.com – however I cannot update the plugin because it says I need a valid support license key. This one does not expire until July of this year. I need the updated EE so I can activate the promotions & discount plugin.

Can you assist with this.

Hi Terry,

I checked into this and it looks like sutherland-chan.com/staging is also pinging ee.com with the same key. Can you remove the key from that other site?

Hi Josh
You’re right. That is a staging site we setup for the client to do testing so they don’t need commerce capabilities. I’ve removed the key from that site now. What are the next steps here?

I’ve reset the key, so you can go to the site that’s using Event Espresso and go to Event Espresso > General Settings and re-save the page setting there.
