Support License icon still red

I recently had to wipe the contents of my website and start over (basically deleted everything from the folder and began from scratch again). I’ve reinstalled Event Espresso 4, but can’t seem to get it to accept my support license (the key icon is still red).

Do I need to reset my support license somehow?

Or I need to do a complete reset/removal of all Event Espresso data, delete Event Espresso, and reinstall using the existing support license?

Please help, as I’ve got to get the new website functional immediately so that I can add events.

Hi Lisa,

I’ve reset your support license key.

You’ll never need to use the reset / delete option in Event Espresso as related to enabling support services.

That option will remove all Event Espresso data and is equivalent to starting over.

Go to Event Espresso –> General Settings in your WP dashboard. Then save changes and your support license key should reactivate and go green.
