I have a message on my Word Press dashboard stating that EE upgrades can only take place on one domain and to check my support license.

My support license looks fine and we only have one domain.

We did recently do a website redesign. Not sure if that is an issue.

Please help me figure this out. Thanks!

Hi there,

It looks like the www. that was added to the website URL may be throwing things off. We can reset your key and that will fix things.
