Support key to new website

Hi!

Soo hopefully my new website will be ready soon, which means the old website will be removed. The old website is on another domain as the new website (.com instead of .nl) So as we will start using the new website soon, then i will need a new support key to use on that website.
I saw you guys need to reset the key before i can use it on the new website.
So could you maybe reset the key already so i can install it on the new website and make sure the new website is totally up to date/has total support?

Hello Pim,

I’ve reset your support license key and you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly.

You can activate it on the new site.

Thanks! Just did and it worked, so perfect. So i used the code for my main website/head domain. Now i also have a subdomain, which uses event espresso as well. If i want to have support/updates for that domain do i have to buy a new license key? Or can i use the same key on the sub domain as well?
It is a simple website on the subdomain so not so much for support, but just so i can get all the future updates on the subdomain as well.

Hi Pim,

If the subdomain is a separate project or a new project, then I recommend picking up another support license license through a new account (e.g. log out of your account and then purchase the support license that you need).
