Support Key License

Hello,

I just purchased a second support license key to use the event espresso plugin on a second website, and the new license key cant be found in the admin panel. It was paid against Invoice 5516.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Hello Giles,

Our system only allows for one license key per account, unless you have a Developer package. That is why your license expiration was extended instead of you receiving an additional license.

I have refunded the amount you paid. The funds should show in your bank account within a couple of days. Now you can create a new account and purchase an additional license through the new account.
