I have a support license key entered on WP but I keep receiving this message on my WordPress Dashboard: An automatic update for Event Espresso is available but your Support License Key is invalid. Either you have entered the wrong key on the Event Espresso General Settings page (EE3+ users) or Your Organization Settings page (EE4+ users) OR you no longer have access to the updates for this plugin. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.
When I log into my account here, I see the key but am not able to download the current software update. When I click the link, it takes me to the bottom of the page.
You currently have multiple accounts under different emails in our system.

Also, we’ll be refunding the support token that was recently purchased as that isn’t needed to get support. The confusion is from your multiple accounts so please send us an email to the email address above so we can help you correct this license issue and move forward.
