Hi,

Thanks in advance for answering my questions

1) I would like to be emailed or to have a easily printable copy of the participants details the day before an event. How can I do that? My event ticket sales end at 8am the night before any event. Its like having a summary sheet so that I can prepare the necessary items for the event and send out information in case I decide to close that event due to little response
2) How can we get a summary list of upcoming events for the week. The system is quite limited at the moment in terms of being able to view summary listing such as events the upcoming week, registered applicants, payment status and such.
3) We do not expect the participants to print out the email for tagging but would like to be able to take attendance of participants easily. How do you propose we do this. Until its fully achieve, we do not mind printing from backend but there is no print function for each event thats created.

Hi there,

Currently Event Espresso doesn’t include automatic email summaries.

You can manually download a CSV of your registration on a per event basis, if you go to Event Espresso -> Events.

Hover over the event name and click the registration link that appears – http://take.ms/0z5QT

Click the Event registrations CSV report button – http://take.ms/Y9GE8

Is that the report you are looking for?

2) How can we get a summary list of upcoming events for the week. The system is quite limited at the moment in terms of being able to view summary listing such as events the upcoming week, registered applicants, payment status and such.

Currently you would need to export each events registration list using the method above.

3) We do not expect the participants to print out the email for tagging but would like to be able to take attendance of participants easily. How do you propose we do this. Until its fully achieve, we do not mind printing from backend but there is no print function for each event thats created.

Can you explain this further please?

I think you mean an attendee list for the event, which the CSV mentionedabove could be used for, but if you can provide further details there may be something else different what what you need.

Robby Gunawan:
i am not sure what you mean by Better EE? Are you saying that there is already a function to do this?

Hi Tony Warwick:

Thank you for your reply. I still require your assistance in this matter.

2) Yes, I understand that is the one way to have it printable. In order of preference:

a) Prefer for summaries to be emailed daily. There are daily courses and having to log in to do the steps above would be very tedious and tiring as there is the other issue of having to format, drag the cells, rearrage cells before we can print each day.
b) If we could have it as a PDF report would be helpful since it cannot be automatically emailed or even printed directly off the website

3) I understand that if we printed the csv daily then we can take hardcopy attendance. I was refering to being able to print the event attendees directly

From your image, yes click on the registration and then be able to print directly from the current screen.

Having EE does take me off the books and schedules as I am able to free up time. If we can automate this portion of collating information of the partcipants who signed up for each course on demand or by preference it would be really useful.

yea, I agree with you. This will limit the logging into the website which is a good thing, I think for most clients who are not very tech savvy.

Thanks for the feedback. We are considering creating this as an add-on and we’ve added this to the current discussion.
