Hi team,

We need some help. When a user gets an email with an invoice for either a BACS payment or a invoice (Childcare vouchers in this case but invoice underneath) There is an incorrect subtotal.

Also in the back end for a different user we have an issue. They have not been able to complete the checkout and when we go in to take a look we see that the subtotal is not correct again.

This is causing a few issues as you can imagine.

Hello, Yes I am on the latest version and the issue is still happening. We are getting a few abandoned registrations due to this.

Hi Simon, could you turn on pretty permalinks through Wp-admin –> Settings –> Permalinks?

Once on this page, please set it to postname and save changes.

Alternatively, please provide a link to an event so we can take a look.

I have changed the permalinks to postname. The subtotal issue comes when we have multiple events.

Thanks Simon, I can see that pagespeed is running on the site. Are caching services such as object caching in use?

If so, do you know if the Event Espresso checkout pages have been excluded from the caching services?
