Hello,

We’re doing an email promotion to 35,000+ subscribers and using a promotion code.

The promotion code is setup, and when used on Step Three during checkout, it gives this Fatal Error page:

Fatal error: Call to a member function toggle_failed_transaction_status() on a non-object in ../public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/modules/single_page_checkout/reg_steps/payment_options/EE_SPCO_Reg_Step_Payment_Options.class.php on line 1745

And I know, I know I should have tested this LAST week! ๐Ÿ™‚

Thank you for the help ASAP ๐Ÿ™‚

Chris

Hi Chris,

In your other thread here:

https://eventespresso.com/topic/buying-more-than-one-ticket-the-registration-only-allows-one-name/#post-229232

I’ve mentioned the page is throwing JS errors and that needs to be fixed for the registration process, it also needs to be fixed for your payment methods to function correctly which is likely why your running into the above.

Try disabling the auto optimize plugin your currently running and clear any cache it may have.
