Hello,
I have just recently installed the Promotion add-on to our website. I have not set any promotion or discount code. Yet it is displayed at the registration checkout page. How do I disable that?
I see few previous discussions, but I have not install multiple-event registration add-on.

Hi Rashmin,
You’d actually need to deactivate the promotions add-on. The reason is because if the Promotions add-on is activated, it will always display the promotions code field. It displays the field even if there are no current promotions.

Oh. Ok I will do that.
But in the future if I have 2 events registrations parallely wherein 1 is with promo code and the other isn’t. Even then will it display the promo code for both the registrations or is it different for multi event registration?

It will always display the promo code field, even if no promotions are set for the event.
