Hi,

Does anyone have any pre-designed templates that I can use to save time editing the appearance, from the outset the look is pretty basic.

Thanks in advance

Hi there,

Which templates are you referring to?

Hi,

I am referring to the appearance of the listing on the page.
http://www.rotarywales.co.uk/events/rotary-charity-cycle-ride/ and then also as the user checks out the page does not take the design which is OK as I can create shortcodes within a page unless you can advise better.

The front end output mainly uses your sites theme for the output, we apply minimal styling to the EE elemtns to keep in-line with your theme.

We don’t have any pre-designed templates for the output however we have an example of how you can take over the output yourself within:

/event-espresso-core-reg/public/Espresso_Arabica_2014

You can place the templates within your themes root directory to override the template, however those templates are based on twentyfourteen so you’ll likely need to adjust them to suit your theme.

mmm. I do not see shortcode for registration-checkout

Its [ESPRESSO_CHECKOUT] however it should only be used on a single page within your site which is the page set as the checkout page in Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Critical pages.

Currently its this page – http://www.rotarywales.co.uk/registration-checkout/

If you have custom page templates you can just assigned it to that page to change the output.

You need to enable at least one question group on ‘additional registrants’ within the event.

Edit the event and look in the sidebar, you’ll see something like this – http://take.ms/1CBvc

Click the checkbox next to the ‘Personal Information’ question group and update the event. EE will now request details for each ticket selected.

One problem you will run into with your current setup is ‘Meal ticket’ will also require the question group you select to be provided. A way around that is to create a new ticket type which includes the meal, so:

Adult Ticket
Adult Ticket + Meal
16 and under
16 and under + Meal
