Having styling issues Promo box not outlined so people can see the field to add the promo code.

The tickets their is no space between the different ticks.

Need the Method of Payment graphic to be bigger. On my site it said to take screen shoots of the issues and I see no place to up load them?

I need help as we are lossing sales because people can follow how to buy tickets?

I’ve already made changes to the site but need feedback on a couple of changes.

The reply would have gone directly to your email address, you can reply directly using that.

Stripe now automatically opens on registration rather than users needing to click through to open the payment methods, I’ve asked if you still want to make the image larger or is no longer needed.

The label for the Promotion code is hidden behind the promotion code field, we can use custom CSS to move this but it will just say ‘Promotion code’ I asked if you wanted the phrasing changing to something different?

To add custom styles we recommend using either the My Custom CSS or Reaktiv CSS Builder plugins, however your theme also includes a custom CSS section, I asked which you preferred. If I use the theme and you change themes later the CSS will be lost so need to check which option you prefer.

I just need it fixed no clue whats best I guess plugin unless if the theme gets an update and over rights what you do? I need to send out email blast I cant do that with the site not fixed? PLEASE just fix

i am tired please forgive me. Yes in the box you can say “Add promotion code here” in the field if that was what you was asking? can you look at the tick spacing as well? http://www.fundit.us/events/crowdfunding-compliance-marketing-technology-conference/

Yes it will open up as soon as they hit the payment options step.

I’ve applied the CSS changes to make the image 200px wide, would you like it bigger?

NOW registration is not working? getting this error: An error has occurred:
Company : This field is required
Title : This field is required.

and I added a company name and it dose not work now please look I just sent out a 50,000 email blast

Which browser are you using?

I’ve just tested in Chrome, Firefox and IE11 without any problems.

Can you try clearing your browsers cache and retest:

why is this so hard!!!

This is weird – I went through the system to test it, but did not put in my credit card (I abandoned the process), yet it still sent me a confirmation email.
