Hi there,

Two visible styling errors occur on event page after updating to 4.6.20.

#1: add to calendar icon not loading.
#2 Event status appearing before event title and no longer has coloured back ground.

Hi Jos,

Which version of Event Espresso did you update from?

Can you link us to one of your events so we can take a look please?

Hi Tony,

Updated from Version 4.6.12.p. It was a manual upgrade though so fresh files and folders.

Thanks 🙂

Did you update using FTP?

The problem is none of the Event Espresso CSS can be loaded on that page – http://take.ms/nAGgA

The EE directory name is event-espresso-core-reg2 when it is normally event-espresso-core-reg.

So the for the first step, through the plugins menu can you de-activate and delete the current version of Event Espresso.

Download the latest version from your account page, then go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload Plugin and upload the version you have just downloaded please.

yes was asked to do that on another unrelated support request. so doing that now and I’ll let you know when it’s done and if the problem persists.

I’ll also make sure the folder is always called event-espresso-core-reg in the future.

Thanks,
Joseph

Great, thanks for letting us know.

Just to note, if updating via FTP you’ll need to remove the current plugin directory (along with all of the files) then re-upload the latest version. Copy and replace will not work.

I’m not sure if that’s the issue here but just a general recommendation for future readers.
