Stripe Window Isn't Displaying to Process Payment

People are having issues with completing their checkout because the Stripe window won’t show up. ๐Ÿ™ HELP! 911 on my client’s site.

Hi Jeffrey,

We received your support token request, but the WordPress username and password you sent is invalid. Are you sure that you made an administrator account for Event Espresso staff for the site in question? Can you resend the redeem a support token form with the correct information?

In the meantime we’ll do what we can with the information we have.
