Stripe Payments not processing

Hi,

We had a customer calling regarding their registration.

We have an Invoice option, and a Card payment option enable for our events. This customer registered for an event, and selected to pay by credit card. After putting in their credit card details (and receiving the “approved” green tick on the stripe dialogue box), were redirected to the booking Thank You page.

However, at this point, they realised that their registration was classified as “Payment Pending”. No payment was received by Stripe.

I tried myself three or four times using our own credit card and the same thing happened.

Our customer was very worried about CC fraud as they entered their details.

Can you advise, please?

Hi there,

If you view either the transaction from one of your tests or the users transactions you will see the Stripe payments shown there.

What does it show for gateway response for the payments?

The issue is that Stripe payments are not showing up, despite the fact that the Card details have been inputted and accepted.

Do you currently have the Stripe payment method de-actived?

I tried registering onto one of your events to view this but I cant see the Stripe option. Can you link me to an event I can view this on please?

Hmm, so we recently had a report of an issue when using Contact Form 7 on the site that could effect payment methods and are working on a fix.

Could you temporary de-activate contact form 7 on your site and confirm if the payments then work as expected?

It works now, with Contact Form 7 disabled.

Will I need to replace this with another plugin, or do you expect that a fix will be available soon?

The fix is currently under review, it will be tested and if no problems are found will be included in the next version of EE.
