We have configured our stripe account to our ticket page but payments are failing and we don’t know why. We contacted Stripe but they have said it is an event espresso issue. We have connected all of our API keys but payments are still failing.
Did they say exactly how it was an Event Espresso issue?
Usually when Stripe Payments do not go through its caused by the web server not supporting the TLS 1.2. Some systems (most notably some older CentOS and RHEL versions) are capable of using TLS 1.2 but will use TLS 1.0 or 1.1 by default.
The recommended course of action is to upgrade your cURL and OpenSSL packages so that TLS 1.2 is used by default.
Can you contact your web host and ask them to do the upgrades if needed & verify that TLS 1.2 is used by default?
