Hi, we have recently installed the stripe payment gateway and released our first event. However, when customer try to pay for their ticket, the screen freezes and the sale is listed as abandoned in ‘registrations’. We are using the Stripe Elements interface, but the legacy does the same thing. Is there anything that i am missing here for integrating? The payment method says that it is successfully connected to stripe.

Hi there,
If you look at the console for one of your event pages, there are a lot of errors from several themes and plugins, and even some 404 errors from your theme.
I looked for a paid event and didn’t find one to test the payment page.
