I just installed Stripe Gateway (Version 1.0.11.p ) and activated it on Event Espresso (Version 4.8.20.p.) Nothing happens, no Stride Gateway Option in Payment Methods. I use WordPress 4.3.5. Other Payment methods work fine. Other Event Espresso Plugins (WP Users and Enable All Countries) work fine.
I repeated this on a fresh test wordpress installation without other plugins and observed the same.
Any ideas ?

Hi Stefan,
This could be a WP capability issue where your user account isn’t allowed to manage the Stripe gateway. You could try going to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset/Delete Data and click the Reset Event Espresso Capabilities button.
If the above does not help, you can also try installing the Members plugin by Justin Tadlock, then you add the
ee_payment_method_stripe_onsite
capability to your user role’s capabilities.
Normally this should just work, but I’ve seen it happen before where the payment_method capabilities were removed and the same thing happened.

Hi,
Thanks, I tried this on a fresh installation (latest wordpress latest event espresso) but it does not work. ee_payment_method_stripe_onsite is not available when I add this and lick update it disappears again. Please help.
