I’m using Stripe and attempting to export a report with data from EE. I need to have the Customer Name included in the export but they aren’t showing up would you know why that would be the case?
Do you mean the attendee name isn’t in the report? If so, I do not know why that would be the case. Are there any custom functions/customizations made to the CSV report function?
I think you might be looking at a report that was not generated with Event Espresso. I checked a report from your site and the first and last names are included.
You can get a registrations CSV report from Event Espresso by going to Event Espresso > Events, then find an event and click Registrations. Then click either of the two buttons at the bottom of the table:
Event Registrations CSV Report
or
Filtered CSV Report
yea, the first entry is from a different form that’s not EE, that has the first/last name metadata included, but the rest of the events dated before this month are all from EE, those are all not showing any names from the stripe export
OK what you’ll need to do is go to your WordPress dashboard, then to Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Stripe settings. There you’ll change the Integration type setting to Stripe Elements. Then you’ll click the Update Stripe Payment Settings button. Then, going forward, the Customer name will be included in the Stripe data, so future reports will include the Customer Name.
