When completing a registration on the Payment Options page, when I click on “Pay Now”, (the button that opens the Stripe pop-up) I get an error that says: “Must Provide Source or Customer” and a notification that a payment failure email has been sent. The payment failure email I get says:

Your payment FAILED for the following transaction and ticket purchases:

Payment Details:

Payment Status: Abandoned

If I click on the “Pay Now” button a second time the popup comes up as expected and I can complete the transaction. This started happening as well after the Version 4.8.36.p update….

Hi there,

We have just pushed version 4.8.37.p for Event Espresso which should fix this. Please update to that version and retest.

If the update does not show on your site just yet you can visit Event Espresso -> General Settings, make no changes and just save the settings.

EE will check for updates and should allow you to update through the admin.
