Stripe credit card payment window does not appear after user clicks on “pay here” link inside the payment reminder email. Instead this error is shown: https://imgur.com/a/s5B2cIX

Hi,
May I ask do you have the Stripe gateway option set to “Open by Default” in Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Stripe?
Also, if invisible reCAPTCHA is activated, is Invisible reCAPTCHA Protection set to both Ticket Selector and Registration Form? If it’s set to both, can you unset the option so it’s used on Ticket Selector only?

Yes, Stripe gateway is set to “Open by Default”
Use “reCAPTCHA” is set to “Yes”
Invisible reCAPTCHA Protection is set to “Ticket selector” only.

Does the error go away if the site is temporarily switched to the default theme and only Event Espresso 4 + the Stripe add-on is activated? You can use the Health Check plugin to confirm.
