I’ve seen a few other posts regarding this. But they were closed to comments.
The pop-up window on mobile works very poorly. It obscures the site. Visitors aren’t sure if they’re on the site… off the site, or what. Why can’t the stripe.com plugin be built so it is integrated into the page. That is an option as we’ve used stripe.com with woocommerce and it is inline within the page.
This is a severe usability issue on mobile that needs to be addressed.

It sounds like something isn’t working quite right on your site. Normally when you checkout with Stripe on a mobile device, it doesn’t use the pop up modal window. Instead, it loads a page that’s designed for mobile that looks like this.
