Hi
I’ve just noticed that the Stripe option is no longer there in my list of payment options, although I have the Add-On. When I click on Settings under this, it takes me to the EE Payment Methods page but there isn’t an option for it.
While going through our checkout, you no longer get presented with payment options before the booking goes through.
Can you help, please?

Hi there,
This may be an issue with the user account’s capabilities, in which case you can fix by going to Event Espresso > Maintenance > Reset, then you click on the “Reset Event Espresso Capabilities” button. That will restore the missing capabilities to set up the Stripe gateway.
