How do I get these last two tickets to not show on the event page? March 21 start – state employee and march 1 start – state employee rate.
Both of those are attached to an event that is closed to registration now and when I look at the ticket selector on the back end, I don’t see them listed at all.
I’ll be happy to send a screen shot.

s this using the new Advanced Editor or Legacy Editor?
Go to Event Espresso -> Events -> Default Settings.
Set ‘Activate Advanced Editor?’ to ‘Advanced Editor’ and save.
Now edit your event again (refresh if you already have the tab open) and you’ll use the new editor, same issues there?

It is using the advanced editor. When I go to the event the two tickets that are showing on the website are not listed at all on the back end. I don’t know where to get them to stop showing on the front end. I had duplicated this event during my panic but have since deleted the duplicate event.

UPDATE – I was finally able to find where to view the two tickets in question and changed the end sale date. They are gone now! Whew. thanks. All my questions (so far) have been solved.

Were there filters being applied so you didn’t see the tickets?

Yes – the event that they were tied to was expired but the ticket sell date was not. So it didn’t show in active event tickets but after I looked at all of the tickets I could see that it was not expired. I think after I get familiar with the new interface I will like it. Thanks.

okay. We’re considering this feedback to think of ways to make the default filtering more obvious or different.
