I am sorry if this is already in the forum. Have searched and can’t find it. Is there a way to stop the TICKET NOTICE for specific events. While we sell ‘tickets’ to our events, there are only a couple which require the attendee to download and print their ticket. We added the ticketing add on to handle those events, but now members are getting ticket notices for events when they don’t need to bring the ticket and it is causing come confusion. I know I can shut off ticket notices, but since the hard ticketed events overlap with the ones where no physical ticket is needed, that is not an option.
Just to confirm the method you are using isn’t goin to cause issues with your current registration, can you post how you are doing the above?
The way I would recommend doing it is to disable all of the contexts on the ‘default’ ticket notice template and create a custom template with the ‘Registrant’ context enabled, then select that custom ticket notice template on the events that you do want the ticket notice to send on.
