Hi I’m using Event Espresso and its working great.
However I’m getting a lot of issues with the group entry form. People are entering the same email address multiple times into the form, meaning that I am not getting the email details of each registrant which I need.
Is there anyway of preventing this from happening?

Hi there,
Currently EE can not prevent users from entering the same email address multiple times.
On your registration forms there is an option to copy of of the primary registrants information into the additional registrations – http://take.ms/Vwv95
In this case it may help to remove that from the registration form and force users to enter the details. It will not prevent users from using the same details but it may help reduce it.
You can hide that section using some CSS:
#spco-copy-attendee-dv {
display: none;
}
