Hello!
Can someone please explain to me (data wise) what I am looking at here: (wp_esp_checkin table) https://snag.gy/5wmgsu.jpg
This is what the export looks like: https://snag.gy/J463lW.jpg
I just don’t get it. I don’t understand what the 1 and the 0 represent in the CHK_in column. If I want this to only show as one registration, I need to know which record to delete. I don’t want to use the interface, because we’ve made a bit of a mess of things already: https://snag.gy/w9EPXl.jpg
I believe your recent updates have addressed this, but I’m trying to clean up old records ๐
Thank you ๐
In the checkin table’s CHK_in, a 1 means a check-in, and a 0 means a check-out. A ticket can be checked in and out several times (this can be valuable info for event organizers). If you delete one of those, you’ll lose the data for that check in or check out.
That entry shows a “2” which represents 1 check in and 1 check out, added together. (at least that’s how it looks data wise). It would probably be less confusing if the export had separate columns for checkins and checkouts. Now that you guys provided a great way to delete them it’s not so much of an issue, but it doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me to add them together into one column on the export. Maybe for other people’s situations it does, not sure! Thank you!
