Still not getting automatic updates

If I look at my account, it says..

(right key)
Active on: (correct site)

.. but on the site itself, I get a

You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

.. message.

On the site’s dashboard, the little key symbol at the end of the key is a pinkish red rather than green.

I’ve done the ‘remove key, press “save” to update settings, re-enter key, press “save” again’ thing…

Oops, this was 4.4.10p, now it’s 4.6.0p… but I had to do that by hand.

Hi Ian,

Just to note, the remove key/re-enter thing is for when your license key has been reset by ourselves.

Doing so before the key reset will not help with that error.

I have reset your license key, you should receive an email with instructions.

Thanks and the little key is now showing as green, but we’ve been here before. When 4.6.1p happens, we’ll see if it does an automatic upgrade.

Hi Ian,

We’ve released Event Espresso 4.6.1. The plugin checks for updates twice a day so you should receive an update notification later today.

Oooh, it worked! It reckoned that 4.6.2p was available, updated and ended up being 4.6.4p – it’s clearly been busy there 🙂
