I am still having problems with the Support License Key on my site. I have asked three times to have it reset, but I am still receiving the following message on my site, which is tnbli.com:
You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.
In my Event Espresso account, I have the correct website associated with the correct license key, and on my site, I have the correct license key, but it’s still not working. The last time I had it reset, back in September, you said that you might have to generate a whole new key. Can you do that for me?
