State[STA_ID] not recorded in .csv

While the form asks for the STATE, it is not being recorded in the database and is not output on the .csv

Please contact me to let you know how I can send you login details if you want to look at the backend.

Hi Richard, could you please backup your WordPress site and update to the current release which at this time is 4.6.13?

Lorenzo,

Thanks for your help. I have backed up my site and made the udpates, but the bug is persisting. You can see that the form field is not updated properly either on the .csv or the fields at https://nyscc.org/event-registration/?e_reg_url_link=1-2d82b050c38e1a2e9d3e0a458c239996&step=attendee_information&revisit=1

Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Lorenzo,

Oddly, the Country field Country[CNT_ISO] is also not recording on the database.

Hi Richard, the state field should be a dropdown. How did you convert it to a text field?

Dear Lorenzo,

I did not convert the field; instead, it appears that the migration from ee3 to ee4 introduced this bug which I can’t figure out how to back out of. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, please give me instructions for providing you access to our system. We have made every attempt to make this work but can’t get the .csv file to record the state or country fields.

We upgraded from Version 3.1.36.5.P and imported all the data.
