I did not convert the field; instead, it appears that the migration from ee3 to ee4 introduced this bug which I can’t figure out how to back out of. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Yes, please give me instructions for providing you access to our system. We have made every attempt to make this work but can’t get the .csv file to record the state or country fields.
We upgraded from Version 3.1.36.5.P and imported all the data.
