Hi,
We recently download the ‘ee-packs-states-provinces-master’ zip, turns out India is mistakenly put labelled as Spain, which resulted in two ‘Event Espresso – States/Provinces Pack: Spain’. Just so you guys know.
Also, from that master pack, France states don’t show up, every other country and their states are added in fine, it’s just France’s states that don’t show up. This has happened across all our multisites.
Is there a way to reduce the amount of states that show up based on the country selected? For example, when United States is selected, only US states show up (making it easier to navigate/look at).
Or at the very least any way to sort the states in alphabetical order or put in a custom order? It’s very disorganized as of now in the dropdown, with seemingly no way to order them.

Hi,
Firstly, thank you for telling us about those issues, I’ve fixed both of them now in the github repo.
There isn’t currently a way to filter the states by country, but that’s a great idea for customers who use multiple countries, I’ll add it to the feature request list.
Can you confirm: is it the countries themselves that are out of A-Z order, rather than the states/provinces?

Further to this, we actually already have a ticket for filtering states by country, it’s currently in the feature request backlog, so I’ll add your +1 to it!

The countries are in A-Z order in the dropdown list, so that works fine, it’s the states/provinces that appear out of order (looks random).
