Customizing a ticket in EE3. The shortcodes are in the index.php file, but the data is not showing up on the ticket. |
Hi there, Can you post the section of the ticket template in a gist or a pastebin and then post a link here? This will help us know exactly what was added to the template so we can troubleshoot. |

The PHP code? |
Hi there, This looks like the default template code, however is anything on the registration form template customized? It may help to troubleshoot if you can post a link to the registration page. |

The site is in development. Can add you as a subscriber so you can take a look. Can you send me a private email? |

Can someone please respond? Please email me privately. Thanks!

Hi, You can send us log in details through the form on this page: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ |

Done. |
Hi there, I suspect the caching you have set up may be causing the errors. Specifically the Database Cache and Object Cache. You can disable these by going to W3TC General settings and uncheck the “Enable” boxes for Database Cache and Object Cache. |
Disabled both. That DID NOT work. |
You’ll need to re-register now that the caching is turned off. |
What do you mean,.. Re-register? |
If you’re trying a ticket that was registered for while caching was turned on, the registration record will not have the missing information. A new registration should be tested to see if the caching affected this. |
That did it. Thank you! |
ALTHOUGH,… the date is still missing. =( |
No. Double checked the php template. Everything is fine, there. But the [start_date] is still not showing. |
Ran a test transaction. The start date appeared. You can consider this resolved. Thank you. |
