I have set up a staging/development site to test the EE upgrade to EE4. We are running WordPress Multisite, and are currently on EE 3.1.37.6.
Registrations on the main site test site function properly. http://flrltest.org/marriage-preparation/register/
Registrations on the two sub-sites hang after clicking “view cart”

Inspect Reveals the following silent Error: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)”
I have looked around to see if I am missing a file, to no avail. Your assistance is appreciated.
