I have set up a staging/development site to test the EE upgrade to EE4. We are running WordPress Multisite, and are currently on EE 3.1.37.6. I do not want to upgrade to EE4 until everything is working.
In order to test the new site, I want to change the Reply To email Address for all email confirmations, from the live sites email: FLRLevents@archny.org to the test email: FLRLEvents@flrltest.org
On all three subsites, I have changed it here: (Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Organization Settings.) and everywhere else I can find, to no avail.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much. The setting was tucked away in a Plugin that the former developer used, just as you identified. wp-simple-mail-sender
