Hello, I would like to ask for assistance as to why and how this is happening? Events got stacked up on the same day. It did not happen on other days and months. Just this specific day which is the 28th of July.
I haven’t highlighted them all but from the 28th of July through to 31st of Aug all of those datetimes use July 28th, so it looks like they need the ‘Event Start’ and ‘Event End’ dates updating. I’m guessing you duplicated the July 28th DateTime multiple times then changes the Name of each but not the dates?
If you can post a screenshot of your ‘Event Tickets & Datetimes’ section for the event I can double-check if preferred?
Hello Tony! It actually has been fixed and does not persist anymore. Everything went back to normal.
