Is it possible to use square brackets in mail templates without EE to understand it as a shortcode? Shuch as sending mail with subject “[Registration] Event Payment Details”?
There is still no possibility to include event name short code in subject?

I checked on this and did some digging into the code and this isn’t possible, at least not currently.
There is still no possibility to include event name short code in subject?
No, this is due to how each section of the template is generated.
