Hi Event Espresso

Fertility Planit just hosted its first consumer-oriented tradeshow in LA for 1,000 live attendees — plus live streaming with our online event which reached over 100,000 attendees.

Since we are a lean start-up, it was crucial that we had software that could offer an online, cloud-platform dashboard for our 70 Sponsors and Exhibitors, 40 Community Partners, and 70 Speakers. They could go to their dashboard and upload their logos, bios, web assets and presentation documents, which we would then access and use in a variety of ways throughout the production of the event, i.e. on the website, for their individual profile pages, on marketing/graphics for the show, for promotional slides at the event on screens etc.

I’m tempted to purchase event espresso for our upcoming 2 x Fertility Planit Shows — one in NYC (Sept 14th at NYU Medical Center) and one in LA (location TBD in Feb 2014) — but I really need to make sure we have reliable online dashboards and online asset management for dealing with our many sponsors and speakers.

I don’t immediately see a feature that addresses the back-end event and sponsor management and web asset management.

If you would like to pilot/beta test your features on this with us — then perhaps we could work out a deal for our next show in NYC, and we can give you branding on the sponsor management pages.

Hi Karin,
For specific questions like yours it is probably best to use the presales contact form to get directly in touch with our sales team. If you’d like to test out Event Espresso and see what it’s actually like, you can fill out the form to take the plugin for a test drive. What you are describing would likely require custom development as we don’t specifically support sponsors or detailed speaker dashboards at this time, Event Espresso is specifically for the event registration and attendee management side.
