Is there another way registrants can cancel their own registration? I see they can edit registration details from profile but there is no option to cancel registration or take other actions except for updating information.

Registrants/attendees in Event Espresso 4 cannot currently cancel their own registrations. This is on our feature request list for Event Espresso 4.
