morning I’m getting this issue any tips? I updated both WP and EE4 Version 4.6.17:

Hi, I do see that you are on an older version of Event Espresso 4 but you mentioned that you upgraded recently.
Please backup your site and update to the current release which is compatible with the recent WP security releases:
https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-changelog/
Then check with your web host on resolving the open_basedir restrictions.
