Split: Send Batch Message – Not receiving it.

We also had this problem and came here to look for a solution. Does it have to do with a WP Cron setting do you think? We tried searching through settings to see what it could be. We are using Easy WP SMPT and are hosted on WP Engine.

By the way, we checked that the “Newsletter” message type is NOT in the inactive messages box as described on this forum post: https://eventespresso.com/topic/need-help-with-sending-batch-emails-in-ee4/

Easy WP SMPT uses a different email as our “from” email in the EE4 “contact email” settings. That wouldn’t be it would it?

We were able to send a few emails at a time, but not more than say 6.

This may be the bug that was fixed in Event Espresso 4.9.16 where selecting large groups of registrations to trigger messages threw an exception. You can update to the latest version of Event Espresso 4 to get that fix.
