We originally ordered the EE3 based on the functionality of the coming EE4 and were promised a free upgrade to EE4.
We have long since upgraded to EE4, but our license still shows EE3.
We are up for renewal, and my management remember the free update to EE4 and wonders why we have not received it. I have told them that we did get the update to EE4 over a year ago now, and long since removed the EE3 software, its just the License is wrong. Please tell me how we fix this?
