Split: Renew EE3 with a EE4 license?

We originally ordered the EE3 based on the functionality of the coming EE4 and were promised a free upgrade to EE4.
We have long since upgraded to EE4, but our license still shows EE3.
We are up for renewal, and my management remember the free update to EE4 and wonders why we have not received it. I have told them that we did get the update to EE4 over a year ago now, and long since removed the EE3 software, its just the License is wrong. Please tell me how we fix this?

Hello,

Support licenses holders for Event Espresso 3 will automatically receive Event Espresso 4 along with equivalent add-ons for Event Espresso 4.

For example, the business support license for Event Espresso 3 includes MailChimp so MailChimp for Event Espresso 4 is also provided.

We do this to provide an upgrade path to Event Espresso 4.

Your account has had access to Event Espresso 4 software and you can find that software under the EE4 tab:

https://eventespresso.com/users/kcray/#ee4-downloads

If you are now using Event Espresso 4 only, then you can follow up with us via the email below and we’ll help you switch your account to an everything support license for the renewal.
