Me too!! Our event is in a few days and we’ve been getting to of last minute sales – my registration button takes you to a blank page. See firstserveokc.org. The event appears on the front page.

So I’m dealing with what I think is the same issue (piggy backing on the first post) at firstserveokc.org on the homepage and once you click on you ticket quantity you go through and it is just a blank page. The short code is there but it isn’t working. I typed in some text warning people it’s not working but that’s all that appears. I went ahead and paid for support and referenced this post so I’m hoping we get it fixed soon!

Is there any reason that you’re not using Post Name permalinks? i.e. the page URLs are this:
http://www.firstserveokc.org/?p=123
instead of this?
http://www.firstserveokc.org/sample-post/
If you can use the Post name permalinks, you can go to WP > Settings > Permalinks and change the setting there to be “Post Name”.
If you can’t use the Post name permalinks setting for some reason, can you resend the redeem a support token form and be sure to include FTP credentials? If you send FTP credentials then we can apply a patch to your site.

Changing the permalinks alone fixed the issue! Thanks for your help. I never would have noticed or thought of that causing an issue.
