I am having the same exact issue with the Warning: array_pop() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in /home/paintiy4/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/services/commands/CommandBus.php on line 119

I also have W3 Total Cache installed and the error presented itself just after the update to 4.9.6

Hi Brett,
You really should turn set WP_DEBUG to false for your website expect unless it’s actively being developed and not ready to be made live yet.
