Hi there,
Sorry I can’t see where to ask my questions. So if this is incorrect please direct me.
I am still trying to work out if event espresso will work for me. I run an acting school and we have weekly classes that roll over term to term.Clients enrol of rate term and have to give notice if they are discontinuing. They may also enrol part way through a term. Ive used eventbrite but only of our one off events. I am looking for something that can manage weekly class scheduling and also periodic payments. as far as I am aware sage is not an option for us in Australia. I think payway is. I am not particularly technical either so I’m finding ti quite difficult to ascertain if your product will perform the functions I need from reading all of the material.
I also use Xero and Mailchimp so am interested in integration.
Can you please assist me.

Thanks for reaching out. It happens that Event Espresso fills a more basic need where ticket sales for scheduled events are involved. While some have used Event Espresso for scheduling weekly classes, it generally works best for events or one time class sign-ups.
