Does that mean we can’t approve individual attendees and that we have to approve the whole group. I’m trying to find a way of just just sending emails to the main host and this appeared as if this would be the way.

Hi Susie,

Group registrations are linked so they would all need to be approved at the same time. If you send a notification through the Attendee Record screen, then this will be sent to the primary registrant/attendee.
