I’m also curious about this. There should be accommodation in our licenses for a staging site. It’s very annoying to show a client their production dashboard with the purchase license warning, but unavoidable if we want to only allow updates to EE on the staging environment.

Hi there,

That’s something we can add (the ability to run the same key on live and staging). May I ask does your staging site have a specific part of the URL that differs from the live site?

e.g. the live site is something.com and the staging site is staging.something.com.
