Have you had this error reported on Pantheon.io hosted sites? This seems to be my hangup. I thought it might be SendGrid but that all tests out fine. Is there a plugin to address this delayed or overlooked call to wp-cron.php?

Hi,
I’ve split out your reply into its own topic in order to keep replies on topic.
I have a Pantheon.io hosted site and I’ve not run into any issues with Event Espresso having delayed email.
With regards to a plugin to help troubleshoot this, I can advise installing this one:

I have a very similar situation with a new install. Pantheon host, sendgrid. Both are working as advertised. How may I assist in defining the issue so a solution patch can be developed? I would like to stay in Pantheon because of the workflow stack but will consider another host if it works elsewhere. Any suggestions for a test?

I have a Pantheon.io hosted site and I’ve not run into any issues with Event Espresso having delayed email.
Can you check your site’s wp-config.php file? On Pantheon that file will be found in the /code/ directory. Does the wp-config.php have this code?
define('DISABLE_WP_CRON', true);
If so, the above line of code should be removed.
