Hi Lorenzo,
I am facing the same issue too. I need to migrate my existing site to a new host, with a new theme.
I believe it is essential for Event Espresso to have an Export/Backup function so that we can do proper migration without migrating the other un-related tables or data (Duplicator copies everything).
Is an Export/Import function in progress?

If you see an existing support post that sounds like your issue or question, then please create your own support post and then include a link to the support post that you saw. This will help us prevent confusion when multiple members are posting.
A full backup / export option is not planned at this time.
We are working on the next major version of Event Espresso 4 along with some payment gateways and other enhancements and new features such as mobile apps.
