I am having a similar issue. I have all the items selected, but the fields are not being sent via email. Here is what I have selected
http://prntscr.com/irl6fp but the only items we receive are the Referral Questions

Hi there,

‘Organisation Information’ looks like the the system question group ‘Address information’ that has been renamed.

What fields do you have in that question group?

If you are using the standard fields from that group they have their own shortcodes and do not show up in the emails unless you add their specific shortcodes, unlike your ‘Referal question’ group which will have its own custom questions that are all looped over and output in the email.

Yes, we did rename the Address Information. The fields in that are the following:
Organization Name
Phone #
Address
Address 2
City
Country
Zip

Where would I obtain the shortcode?

Is Organization name a custom question?

The system questions in address have their own shortcodes, go to:

Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Registration Approved -> Registrant

Each of the sections have a icon, if you click that you’ll see a list of all available shortcodes – http://take.ms/U2vKc

You’ll also find a full list of message shortcodes in the help section (top right of the page)
