I’m having the same problem as the original customer on this thread. We are running Espresso Version 3.1.29.1.P. We got a message saying we needed to renew the license. We clicked the button saying “purchase support license” and purchased the version for Espresso 4, since it was the default. Our backend is still saying that the plugin needs to be updated and that our license is still outdated. Did we buy the wrong plugin?

Your current support license provides access to Event Espresso 4 only and you are using an old version of Event Espresso 3. This is why you cannot currently update to the latest version of Event Espresso 3.
